I started this business to honor my grandmother who was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico and moved to New York at the age of 16. Her name is Idalia. She raised me and taught me how to cook and prepare authentic Puerto Rican foods from scratch. She taught me how to make these seasonings from scratch. I started with the simple idea of bringing the best from me to you. I put lots of love and careful thought into all I do. All of our ingredients are fresh and natural from either farmers markets or herbal stores. We don't have any chemicals or dyes in our seasonings. I like to use natural ingredients in my food because there are a lot of chemicals that are being put into our foods now that cause cancer, obesity and all kinds of other health problems to our bodies. I've also decided to add my health tonic which is called Fire Cider. The Fire Cider helps to build your immune system, helps with the digestive tract as well as inflammation in the body.
